Happy Thanksgiving!
The Thanksgiving meal has been eaten, and we are awaiting the arrival of more family to chow down on the Thanksgiving pies, which are, let’s face it, the best part of the meal.
Apple pie, fresh from the oven.
Pumpkin, pecan, and apple pies. Some of us can hardly wait, while some of us are practically in a wine-induced stupor. (And some of us are glad that others of us get to do the cleanup.)
Happy Thanksgiving from the Knit Sisters!

I love the picture of the pies with the “hidden” Harvey.
Enjoy! Happy Thanksgiving to all there!

I wish I had Smell-o-vision on my computer. Those pies look divine!

When more of our family was available for Thanksgiving, those are the same 3 kinds of pies that I would make!

Hi Sarah – It looks like Harvey is sneaking up on those pies while you’re not looking 🙂 My 92 yr old Mom made her famous “from scratch” pies…even beating the meringue by hand in her 115 yr old crockery bowl. We always order a lemon and a butterscotch cream, kind of non-traditional but they’re our favorites. Happy Holidays!
