You call this spring?
The view from the back door, circa 5:30 p.m.
The view from the side window, circa 5:45 p.m.
Anybody else enjoying spring in this precise fashion today?
But listen, I gotta run! I’m recording that hit tune I Love Boston in the Springtime this evening with my all-New-England band, “Robert Frost and the Frozen Buds,” and I have to find my snowboots before I go out.

Just snow-shoe over to that rehearsal and have a good time!

Yep, we have the same type of thing here, too. It was supposed to snow 3-5 inches yesterday, but that missed us completely. Tonight’s total looks like about 3 inches so far (12:30 am) and they say more is expected. Oh well, that’s March for ya!

We’ve had the same thing today. Magically at 2:15 the rain stopped and ice started, changing later to snow.

Yes, that’s exactly what it has looked like here in Delaware for the last two days as well 🙁 Boo hiss! We’re in the new house and I want to plant stuff!

“…the Frozen Buds”! ::madly snerking:: Oh god.
Now that I’ve finally installed some graphic software, I might offer to send you a picture of obscenely green Portland, but: A) We’re supposed to start raining again this afternoon, after several sunny, or at least only slightly overcast days and highs in the upper 60’s; and B) You might try to kill me on grounds that I’m attempting torture by photo. So, um…stay warm, and I hope spring turns more kindly for you?
